Commit to Walking 20 Minutes Everyday
Exercise promotes a good mood; it takes your mind off of things and reconnects you with the earth. Sometimes it’s good to checkout and just be with yourself.
Try Group Therapy and Find a Peer Support System
Having a group of individuals who you can relate to and learn good habits from will be beneficial to you in being able to communicate your true feelings, needs, and wants in life.
Walking, water, and meditation. Those are my three. What are yours? Every day is a new day to start over, but you DON’T have to start over every day. Keep building with the little things that work.
Good mental health is a lot of listening. Whether it’s on clubhouse or in-person – listening to other people’s experiences and learning from the similarities and differences we notice.
